The file contains correspondence and minutes including the list of participants of the meetings in Brussels (18/11/1992) and Strasbourg (12/05/1993) which contains also the background documents such as the CEC Draft R&D programme in the field of Environment 1991-1994, draft of the second Commission working document concerning RTD policy in the Community and the Fourth Framework Programme (1994-1998) of Community RTD Activities, Proposal for an ESF Programme on Multidisciplinary Integrative Research on Adaptation (MIRA).
