Abstract
The programme Assessment of the Impacts of Genetically Modified plants (ENIGMO or AIGM), approved by the ESF executive Council on 25/11/1998 for a January 1999 launch, concerns the impact of the genetically modified plants on the environment and the validity of data from risk assessments.
