The file contains correspondence about the APEC, appointment of possible Chairman and members, including a letter from the Greffier of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on the Resolution 926 adopted on 25/09/1989 on the danger of climatic changes and the protection of the ozone layer, enclosed also the relevant report, and the final resolution (mentionning the ESF toghether with other international organisations role).
