The Network on Gender Inequality and the European Regions run from July 1994 to June 1997.
The Chairman was Dr. Simon S. Duncan from the University of Bradford.

Main topics discussed during the Network on Gender Inequality and the European Regions are: gender divisions of labour (paid and unpaid work, households and living arrangements, reconciling home and work); gender divisions of power (states, rights, identities, male violence and control); gender understandings (cultural reproduction of gender myths and norms, women's movements and oppositions, values and attitudes).
