Abstract

The aim of the Network on Molecular Dynamics of Biomembranes is to simulate interdisciplinary studies on the molecular description of membrane dynamics in the selected area of the assembly and bio-genesis of membranes.

The dossier contains correspondence and documents concerning: Network proposal; first meeting of the Coordination Committee, Amsterdam, 17 May 1991; meeting of the Coordination Committee, Strasbourg, 22 April 1992; meeting of the Coordination Committee, Heidelberg, 1 March 1993; Study Centre on "Biomembrane structure, function and dynamics", Oxford, 16-20 March 1992 (1 photograph); Study Centre, Utrecht, 19-23 Oct 1992; Study Centre, Luso (Coimbra), 6-15 April 1994.
Workshop on "Bacterial transport protein and protein transport", The Netherlands, 20-24 Sep 1992; workshop on "Membranes and human diseases", Paris, 27-29 Sep 1992; workshop on "Protein targeting to mitochondria", Munich, 15-17 Oct 1992; workshop on "Maturation and entry processes of membrane viruses", 4-5 June 1993, Stockholm; EMBO workshop on "Protein import into mitochondria, Chloroplasts and peroxisomes", Ermatingen (Switzerland), 20-24 Sep 1993: agenda and papers.
