It also contains the minutes, agenda, list of participants, and working documents of the Executive Committee meetings in Bremerhaven (16/10/2000) including note on EPICA activities, drilling recommendations; in Paris (12-13/03/2001, also handwritten minutes), and in Potsdam (11-12/10/2001, minutes missing).
Included some brochures on the programme, the International weekly journal of science Nature "Epica Adventure, a 740,000-year record of Antarctic climate" (10/06/2004), and "One-to-one coupling of glacial climate variability in Greenland and Antarctica" (9/11/2006).
