Item 1: Draft agenda of the fifth meeting of the Administrative Board (AB/5/1(1)). Also included is a proposal to the Bureau for the draft agenda for the fifth meeting of the Administrative Board (AB/5/1(2)). Item 2: Minutes of the fourth meeting of the Administrative Board, 28th June 1977. Minutes are signed by Jean Degimbe, Chairperson of the Administrative Board and Wiebe de Jong, Director of the Foundation, 16 November 1977, and include an annex of participants. 14pp. Item 3: First annual report on the activities of the European Foundation (May 1976-June 1977) in which the Director reports on the activities, financial situation and prospects of the Foundation. 'This version was modified by the Board' is written in pencil on the first page. 30 pp. (AB/5/3(1)). AB/5/6b1-Signed decision requesting that the European Commission make a number of adjustments to the Foundation's 1977 budget. AB/5/6b2-Signed decision transferring units of account within Chapter 3 of the Foundation's budget. AB/5/6c-Decision requesting that the European Commission introduce to the Council of Ministers a proposal to apply to the staff of the Foundation a social security system already in existence for a number of European bodies whose activities are most analogous to those of the Foundation. AB/5/6d-Signed decision authorising the Foundation to effect the transfers in favour of the staff of the Foundation in execution of contracts of remuneration to Beamtenheimstaettenwerk (BHW) at the rate of exchange fixed by the decision of the Commission of 14 July 1971. AB/5/6e-Decisions relating to the reimbursement of entertainment expenses. Item 7: AB/5/7a-Draft decision modifying the rules laying down the conditions of employment of local staff serving with the Foundation in which the Administrative Board sets the basic monthly salary for local staff. AB/5/7b-Rules for written procedures. Document in which the Administrative Board lays down the rules for the initiation of a written procedure by which members of the Bureau record their approval of proposals presented by a member of the Bureau or by the Director of the Foundation. 3pp. Signed by Chairperson and Director.
