Abstract

Looking back over history, the film illustrates in a very jocular way the clichés - most of them uncharitable - which have helped to perpetuate the stereotyped images of other countries, and contrasts them with the common hopes that link together the peoples of Europe.
The film uses some sequences and parts of the background sound from ‘Jugend ohne Vorurteile?’, also the voice-over is spoken by the same German commentator.
