Content and Structure
Explains that coal and steel are the two main pillars of the Europe now being built. Additionally, it recounts the various effects and improvements for the member countries of the European Communities. This includes not only economic achievements but also advances in the field of social policy and freedom of movement for workers. Furthermore, the ECSC has become the world’s greatest producer of steel after the USA. It has proved that, in the age of great political and economic blocs, joint efforts are the best road to success.
