Nielsen attended the meeting in place of the Chairperson and his report concentrates predominantly on 'the most important agenda item ... the draft work programme for 1984 which will be approved at the next Board meeting' (p.1). In the report, Nielsen offers his own opinions on the 1984 draft programme (p.4) and offers 'viewpoints of interest for the Committee's discussion on the work programme' (p.4). 6pp. Item 4: Report, by Thorkild Herborg Nielsen, on the evaluation seminar on Electronic machinery in the office, 23-24 June 1983. Report states that the 'seminar was chaired by Ray Wild ... The project was started in 1983 under the leadership of E. Kohler.'
