'In examining the research proposals for 1986 the Bureau manifested its interest in being kept informed about the progress of this research project. The preparatory work for the launching of the additional survey is now concluded' and two documents are presented to the Bureau: draft conclusions of the working group of experts/researchers which was set up to assist the Foundation in defining the methodology and to prepare a European questionnaire for the additional survey (annex 1-English only) and letter from J.R. Rabier, special advisor to the Commission, showing the choice of method to be used in the selection of the research institutes for the additional survey.
