Item 1: Draft agenda of the fifty-first meeting of the Bureau. No document. Item 2: Draft minutes of the fiftieth meeting of the Bureau, 28 March 1985. Minutes record the Bureau's preparation of the twenty-sixth Administrative Board, 29 March 1985. 5pp. English and French only. Item 3: Details of two projects; Changes in the functions of management and the Impact of social cohesion and time available on assistance to the elderly, to be approved by the Bureau and included in the 1985 work programme. 3pp. English and French only. Item 4: Draft programme of work for 1986. Programme covers the three basic activities of the Foundation: Research promotion, Evaluation of research work and Dissemination of information. Item 5: Report detailing the proposed strategy for Information, Dissemination and Publications. Report states that while the initial publications strategy was successful in many ways it was now time to re-assess 'the impact and effectiveness of its initial dissemination programme' and develop 'new ways ... of communicating better with those bodies to which it must address itself.' (p.1). Report includes 'Developing a Strategy' (p.2), 'Methods to be employed' (p.6) and a Conclusion (p.9). 10pp. Item 6: Draft agenda of the twenty-seventh meeting of the Administrative Board, 25-26 June 1985. Item 7: Administrative matters: B/51/7a-Signed decision appointing Clive Purkiss, Director of the Foundation, as Authorising Officer with effect from 19 May 1985.
