Item 1: Draft agenda of the thirty-fifth meeting of the Bureau. Item 2: Draft minutes of the thirty-fourth meeting of the Bureau, 15 March 1983. Minutes record the preparation for the Administrative Board meeting on 16 March 1983 (p.2) and the discussion on staff problems and contain confidential material. (p.4). 5pp. Approval of the revised draft minutes of the thirtieth meeting of the Bureau, 8 July 1982. (No document). Item 3: Draft working programme for 1984: Report detailing the 'Problems related to access in connection with research' in which the various problems and difficulties encountered by the European Foundation in relation to different projects are listed and detailed. Note is described as 'confidential and addressed to the Bureau members only' (in the minutes of the meeting). Included also is a file of correspondence showing how access problems have had an adverse effect on projects. Item 4: Draft agenda of the twenty-first meeting of the Administrative Board, 8 July 1983. Item 5: Renewing of the Administrative Board.(No document). Item 6: Staff matter.(No document) Other: Note from Wiebe de Jong, Director, to all members of the Bureau enclosing the first draft of the Eisma report, report not included. The Eisma Report, 28 September 1983, was drawn up on behalf of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection on the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions. It concerned the Foundation's failure to fulfil its brief on research into living conditions and the environment. Notes:
