B/85/8a-Decision, relating to the annexed discharge decision on the Foundation's 1988 accounts' that the present approach to internal/external printing requirements is being implemented on a sound management basis, that the imposition of rigid ratios on how much work should be printed in-house and by outside contract would not necessarily lead to a more efficient use of resources and that the Directorate should continue in its progress towards developing more effective communication with its audiences by the utilisation of flexible approaches to design and printing between the in-house and outside contracts.
