Empfehlung für einen BESCHLUSS DES RATES über die Eröffnung von Verhandlungen in Hinblick auf den Beitritt der Mitgliedstaaten der Gemeinschaft zu Zwei Entscheidungsentwürfen des Rates der Organisation für Wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklang (OECD) über die Mindestsolvabilitätsspanne der Versicherungsunternehmen (mit Ausnahme der Lebensversicherung) bzw. die Aufhebung der Belegenheit der Bestandteile des freien Vermögens dieser Unternehmen in den Tätigkeitsländern (von der Kommission dem Rat vorgelegt) (DEU)
Aanbeveling voor een BESLUIT VAN DE RAAD inzake het aangaan van onderhandelingen met Zwitserland overeenkomstig artikel 29 van de richtlijn van 24 juli 1973 tot coördinatie van de wettelijke en bestuursrechtelijke bepalingen betreffende de toegang tot het directe verzekeringsbedrijf, met uitzondering van de levensverzekeringsbranche en de uitoefening daarvan
Aanbeveling voor een BESLUIT VAN DE RAAD inzake het aangaan van onderhandelingen met het oog op de toetreding van de lid-staten van de Gemeenschap tot twee ontwerpbesluiten van de Raad van de Organisatie voor economische samenwerking en ontwikkeling (OESO) betreffende respectievelijk het solvabiliteitsminimum van ondernemingen die het directe verzekeringsbedrijf, met uitzondering van de levensverzekeringsbranche, uitoefenen en de opheffing van de lokalisatie in de landen van werkzaamheid van de bestanddelen van het vrije vermogen van deze ondernemingen (door de Commissie bij de Raad ingediend) (NLD)

Raccomandazione concernente la DECISIONE DEL CONSIGLIO relativa all'apertura di negoziati ai fini dell'adesione degli Stati membri della Comunità a due progetti di decisione del Consiglio dell'Organizzazione per la cooperazione e lo sviluppo economici (OCSE), relativi al margine minimo di solvibilità delle imprese che praticano l'assicurazione diversa dall'assicurazione sulla vita, nonché alla soppressione dell'obbligo di localizzazione nello Stato d'esercizio degli elementi che costituiscono il patrimonio libero di tali imprese (presentate dalla Commissione al Consiglio) (ITA)
Henstilling med henblik på RÅDSAFGØRELSE vedrørende optagelse af forhandlinger med Schweiz under anvendelse af artikel 29 i Rådets direktiv om samordning af de administrativt eller ved lov fastsatte bestemmelser om adgang til udøvelse af direkte forsikringsvirksomhed bortset fra livsforsikring af 24. juli 1973
Henstilling med henblik på RÅDSAFGØRELSE vedrørende optagelse af forhandlinger med henblik på Fællesskabets medlemsstaters tiltræden af to udkast til afgørelser fra Rådet for Organisationen for økonomisk samarbejde og Udvikling (OECD) vedrørende minimumssolvensmarginen for forsikringsvirksomheder bortset fra livsforsikring hhv. ophævelse af lokaliseringen af de enkelte bestanddele af virksomhedernes frie aktiver til de lande, hvor virksomheden udøves.
