The Network was approved by the ESF Network Group in May 2000 for a three-year period.
The Chairman was Professor Maria Carla Galavotti, from University of Bologna.
Content and Structure
Main topics of the Network are: logical empiricism; inductivism and deductivism; the structure of science; idealisation and concretisation.
