Proposal for a REGULATION (EEC) OF THE COUNCIL laying down, for the 1975/1976 wine-growing year, the price to be paid for alcohol delivered to intervention agencies under the obligation to destil the by-products of wine-making, and the maximum amout of the contribution towards this price by the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (submitted to the Council by the Commission) (ENG)

Forslag til RÅDETS FORORDNING (EØF) om fastsættelse for vinproduktionsåret 1975-1976 af den pris, der skal betales for alkohol, som leveres til interventionsorganerne som følge af forpligtelsen til destillation af biprodukter ved vinfremstilling samt af det maksimale beløb, hvormed Den europæiske udviklings- og garantifond for Landbruget, garantisektionen, skal intervenere med hensyn til denne pris.
