Abstract
The file contains reports produced by the CRE Secretariat about the Management Seminars for newly appointed Heads of Universities, its evolution and perspectives. It includes the evaluation of the pilot seminar held in Fontainebleau on 1st-4th March 1978, a report to UNESCO from November 1994, a presentation note from 1996, the minutes of a brainstorming session held in Paris the 4th November 1998 and an overview of the seminar before the Birmingham edition in 2000.
It includes various involvement of the CRE with other organisations (UNESCO, The European Center for Strategic Management of Universities) concerned with the management of higher education.
