These files concerns the activities of the CRE's governing bodies. They mostly focus on the meetings of these governing bodies, as well as on the correspondence of the Secretariat of the CRE.

Because of the structure of the files, they also record the Bi-annual conferences of the CRE, which were one of its most important program of events.
