Abstract

In 1967 and 1968 two short-living bodies supported the work of the Committee of Alternates. The Study Committee was composed by delegates and technical advisors. The Coordinating Committee was composed by ESRO, ELDO and CETS members and it reported on the space activities to the Council of Europe.
