Abstract

Composed by governmental delegates and advisors, the Committee of Alternates was setted up in 1967 and after the collapse of the Committee of Senior Officials in 1970, it remained up to 1975 the main support to the Ministerial Conferences in preparing the schemes of the new European Space Agency.
