Abstract
In 1971, after the dismantlement of the previous Committee, under the Chairmanship of the Belgian Dr. Spaey, this mew ad-hoc Committee studied the conditions of the eventual participation of Europe to the Post-Apollo programme. It worked on 1971 only.
