Abstract

Mettre en valeur certaines particularités observalbes au seindes Etats members du Marché commun, et illustrer ce qui est recouvert par cette appellation pratique, mais pas tout à fait exacte. Depuis la signature du traité de Rome le 25 mars 1957, instituant une Communauté Economique Européenne, les Hautes Parties Contractantes au nombre de six ont créé une union dounière – le Marché Commun -, élaboré une politique Agricole commune, cherché à établir la libre circulation des personnes des services et des capitaux et coordonné leurs transports. L’effet le plus visible de ces dispositions est la marché Commun, il est donc important de montrer la place qu’il tient dans son ensemble. (Résumé tire de la fiche pédagogique du bulletin de la RTS).
