This film shows us the Europe of 1978. At this time we find a powerful union of free states without dividing borders and with a single currency. All Europeans work closely together in this confederation. Science and technology serve exclusively to preserve and beautify our lives. A trip to the moon has become a normality. Spaceships operate between the planets. Urban cities have switched from cars to on one-rail railways. The agriculture of this European federation brings the second largest harvest in the world. The threat of war is banned by the development of nuclear power. And the people of Europe live happily in freedom and enjoy progress and prosperity.
