Following the meeting held in Moscow on 11-12 February 1993, a Level 1 Group was established to coordinate and supervise the activities of the Level 2 Working Teams.

Documents concerning cooperation in the field space transportation and space station, including the draft agreement for the period 1993-1995 between ESA and the Russian Space Agency (RKA) on inhabited space infrastructures and space transport facilities; minutes of meetings of the Level 2 Working Groups established in 1993 in five main fields (flights of ESA astronauts on-board MIR, future MIR station, crew and cargo space transport vehicles, space transportation system technology, in-orbit servicing tools) and minutes of Level 1 Working Group.
