ESA Moscow Office was established in 1995 by an agreement between ESA and the Russian Government and it reports to ESA External Relations Department at its headquarters in Paris.

The sub-series contains documents on the establishment and the activities of the ESA Permanent Mission in Moscow, including correspondence and reports prepared by ESA Moscow Office and by ANSER (Centre for International Aerospace Cooperation).
