Content and Structure
Deals with the elaboration of the statutes of the Federalist International (FI) from the first version drafted in 1952 by OM ("Europäisches Grundprogramm") discussed in the "Programmkommission der Europäischen Föderalistischen Parteien" up to the version registered by the "Bundesministerium für Inneres der Republik Österreich" on 13/11/1964. It contains comments by C. Herczeg, J. von Boetticher, G. Uniatrel, W. Cornides, R. Spann, J. Jeannée, N. Bettelheim and H. J. Hajek on the various versions, correspondence, numerous drafts with and without handwritten notes and annotations by OM, and other material collated by him (among others: "Principes de base du programme européen" published in "Le Montagnard, journal Républicain", no. 30, 06/1960; "Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten von Europa" by A. Schröder [s.a.]). The file comprises also a French version of the "Europäisches Grundprogramm" translated by O. Miller-Aichhols, an English one by J. Leech and an Hungarian one by L. Szalay (all 1961) and an English version of the paper "Entwicklung und Hauptidee" by H. Napier.
