Abstract
Deals with the elaboration of the "Europäisches Grundprogramm" by OM, G. Héraud and W. Spörri and contains various versions of the text with numerous handwritten annotations as well as an English translation by J. Leech ("European Basic Programme of the European Federalist Parties"). It also includes correspondence and photographs pertaining to the founding congress of the EFP held 16-17/11/1974 in Geneva and the final version of the "Grundprogramm und Satzung der Europäischen Föderalistischen Partei (EFP)".
