Signed by Jean-Jacques Dordain (ESA Director General) and Anatoly Perminov (Director General of Russia’s Federal Space Agency) on 19/01/2005. In accordance with its Article 11.1, the Agreement shall be applied provisionally from the date of its signature, and shall enter into force on the date the last of the events (stipulated in the article) has occurred and shall remain in force until 31 December 2016, and automatically be extended for subsequent periods of 10 years.
