Abstract
This serie belonged to Van Reeth papers which were transferred to Florence's archives on 23 May 2001. ESA and other international partners tried to find a solution for an international agreement on the commercialization of launchers. Van Reeth was responsible of the negotiations. Correspondence, minutes of meetings, draft texts of agreements, legal memoranda and reports compose the serie.

ESA and Mr. Van Reeth agreed to close this serie up to 30 years after the date of the documents.
