Abstract
This serie belonged to Van Reeth papers which were transferred to Florence's archives on 23 May 2001. ESA succeeded in the commercialization of ARIANE. However, a US firm, TCI enhanced legal contemptious for presumptuous ARIANESPACE protectionist attitude. The petition involved ESA. Van Reeth was responsible of the successful legal action for solve the conflict. Correspondence, minutes of meetings, draft texts of agreements, legal memoranda and reports compose the serie.
