Abstract

Exchange of letters signed on 19/12/2008 by Chris de Cooker (Head of ESA International Relations Department), and on 22/12/2008 by Kent Bress (Director of Science Division for NASA). The Agreement entered into force on the date of NASA’s affirmative reply. It shall remain in force until 31/12/2013, unless extended by written mutual agreement or terminated by either Party in accordance with the Agreement.
