File containing minutes and working papers of ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the General Assembly with agendas and lists of participants, documents and reports pertaining to the activities and management of CEYNC, such as the President's and Secretary General's reports, the elaboration of the long and short term programme for seminars and conferences, the reports of the national committees and membership questions, the relations with other youth movements and with the European institutions (European Communities (EC) and Council of Europe's Youth Centre and Foundation (EYC, EYF)) and the intensification of the East/West and North/South relations in the field of youth work.

- 1992: Copenhagen, 13/03 (extraordinary meeting accepting the Pan/Hellenic Youth Council (ESONE) into membership).

- 1996: Blankenberge, 20-21/04 (extraordinary joint general assembly CENYC, 'European Co-ordination Bureau of International Youth Organisations' (ECB), Youth Forum of European Union discussing the statutes of the common youth platform to be created).
