The Executive Committee creates the Secretariat and elects the Secretary General of the CENYC for a period of two years, who has the right to attend all CENYC meeting in an advisory capacity and must work in conformity with directives given by the Executive Committee.
The Secretariat organises the CENYC's statutory meetings and its minutes, it is responsible for the circulation of information between members and the current administration and it administers the budget and personnel.
