The Executive Committee is composed of one designated representative of each member and meets at least once yearly and is convened by the President. At the request of at least five members of the Executive Committee, the president must convene an extraordinary session. The Executive Committee carries out the decisions taken by the General Assembly and is responsible for the administration of CENYC. It sets up a Secretariat General, elects the Secretary General and supervises his work.
