Content and Structure
Abstract
The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the CENYC. It is composed of not more than three delegates from each member, who has one vote, and one delegate from observers. It is convended by the Executive Committe on a bi-annual basis, extraordinary sessions can be convened by the Executive Committee or upon demand of more than one-third of the members. The Assembly determines the main lines of policy and work and elaborates the guidelines for CENYC's programme and budget. It also elects the president and its five vice-presidents.
