Henri Storck illustrates in "Decémbre, mois d’enfants" the different national traditions regarding the season of Advent as a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the celebration of the Nativity of Jesus at Christmas. Although the five European member states of the Western European Union have different seasonal traditions and customs, the joyous excitement of children is the same everywhere.
