The files forming this series contain typically: information material (studies, surveys, press cuttings, technical data, case studies ..), consumer briefs, documents and handwritten notes pertaining to activities of ad-hoc working groups, common consumer position papers by BEUC, ANEC and others. The information material pertaining to the topics is often produced by the relevant stakeholders.
Conditions of Access and Use
The files composing this series are, in principle, open for consultation 15 years after their creation. Documents created by the European Commission and other European institutions are open for consultation 30 years after their creation. For access requests to documents created by the European Commission, please refer to the European Commission's access procedure . For documents by the European Parliament refer here whereas for the European Council open this link . The front page of documents created and published by the European Commission or other European institutions has been kept inside the respective file. The same goes for the less numerous documents created by the European Parliament and the European Council. Published documents by European Institutions or other bodies bearing and written annotations by BEUC members are part of this BEUC archival sources.
