Documents created by the European Commission are open for consultation 30 years after their creation. For access requests to documents created by the European Commission, please refer to the European Commission's access procedure .
Documents created and published by the European Commission, notably in Euro-Lex or in other European Commission's sites, can be consulted there; to facilitate association of such documents in the file contents, their front page has been kept inside the respective file. Published documents by European Institutions or other bodies with handwritten annotations by BEUC members are part of the BEUC archival sources and kept inside their file to its full extent.
