The file contains reports, background and position papers produced by the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) and by the Consumers International (CI) relating to sessions of the CAC.
It includes the following documents:
- 17th session of the Codex committee on general principles held from 24/04 - 01/05/1995 in Paris (CX/GP 02/3).
- Codex committee on food hygiene held in Washington in 1991, 1994, 1995 and 1997: CI papers and CL 1994/4 - FH (January 1994) and CX/FH 91/16 (July 1991).
Contains also the Codex Alimentarius Volume A 'Recommended international code of practice: General principles of food hygiene'. Second revision, 1985 published in Rome 1988 (CAC/Vol.A - Ed 2.).
