Content and Structure
The General Assembly is the principal organ of the Foundation and is composed of representatives appointed by the member organizations. It meets at least once a year under the chairmanship of the President of the Foundation. The Assembly is responsible for the general policy of the foundation and elects, upon proposal of the Electoral Commission, the President and Vice-Presidents, the Executive Council and the Secretary General of the Foundation. It approves the statutory annual reports, the program, the budget and accounts, appoints the auditors and approves the setting-up of Standing Committees and new members.
In this subfonds are to be found the papers produced by the General Assembly and related to its annual and special meetings.
