The Electoral Committee set up by the General Assembly is composed of one member from each member country. The President and Vice-Presidents of the ESF are members without vote. The Electoral Committee nominates the candidates for the presidency, vice-presidency, the Executive Council and any other elected Committee.

The documents in this sub-fonds contain correspondence, lists of participants, minutes and working documents relating to the meetings of the Electoral Commission, including candidates' lists and curricula vita.

The documents of this series are closed for consultation for a delay of 50 years.
