Abstract
The SPACELAB Payload Integration & Coordination in Europe (SPICE) was a team settled by the Council in 1975 and located at Porz Wahn in Germany. A special agreement between ESA and the German Association of Air Space (DFVLR) allowed SPICE to use the facilities of Porz Wahn. The team responsible for the conduct of SPACELAB Project, was composed by specialists of high level.
