The accrual contains mostly the correspondence between the ESA offices and several actors representing Norwegian interests, namely Ministries, regional and local administrations, universities, seldom industries. The relations started when Norway was not yet a ESA member state. Norway associated with ESA in 1981. Main subjects were updating on programmes, financial situation and space policy. The conspicuous presence of institutional files made necessary the introduction of the limit in access of 30 years that into force in Norwegian historical archives.
