The series contains files covering the CFSP, its implementation, institutionnal functioning and political evolution, and the creation of the European External Action Service (also in the framework of the European Convention). It includes briefing files created during GB's service as Political Director under the direct authority of Jacques Delors, documents created by the European Convention secretariat and materials gathered by GB.

Academic utilisation and partial reproduction (in the form of photocopies or digitised photographs only) of the documents is authorized in accordance with the provisions and rules in force at the HAEU.
