This sub-fonds is composed of eleven subseries and it includes material both produced and collected by GB during his professional career at the European Commission from 1970 to 2004.
It includes also documents collated and produced during academic and advisor activities from 2005 to 2012.
Conditions of Access and Use
The 30 year rule governing access to the archives of the European Institutions applies to the series.
