Abstract
This sub-series contains compilations of ESA's Basic Texts (including printed collection of Blue papers) used by its directorates in there daily tasks, arranged thematically. First issued in 1978, its successive updates, while adding the last texts adopted, were also purged from the ones that weren't relevant anymore, mostly when there related to finished or a cancelled programmes.
Most of them are available in English and in French.
