The General Members' meeting is the supreme organ of the association and gathers once during the first six months of the year. It elects and dismisses the Board of Management and the auditors, approves the budget, releases the Board of Management and amends the articles of the association.

This series is composed of files created in preparation for the General Members' meetings and during the meetings. The files are composed of correspondence by EABH's General Secretariat, agenda, minutes and annexed documents regarding the tasks of the meetings (financial documents, auditors reports, reports by the management).
