Herraud (18/09/1992) concerning the promulgation of political ideals sustained by the European National Movement (ENM) and the announcement of the creation of a "Slowenische Volkssektion", "Kroatische Volkssektion", "Lettische Volkssektion" and "Französische Volkssektion" in 1994.
