JEF's supreme body at european level is the Congress which meets at least once every two years. It is made up of delegates from regional federations proportionally to the member's number. The Congress defines the organisation's political line. This series comprise the acts of JEF's Congresses from its refounding Congress in Luxemburg (1970) to the thirteenth (Milan). A lack concerns the acts of the eleventh JEF's Congress. The series is made up by preparatory correspondence, minutes of the sessions and resolutions.
